Shipping destinations

We offer standard shipping through online checkout to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses is not available through online checkout. Please contact sales@kalasupply.com before ordering to ask whether shipping can be arranged for your address.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after you place your order. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Shipping options and charges

Standard shipping is free on all turf orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C., including bulk orders of 10 or more rolls. No order minimum applies.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays and delivery questions

If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will contact you about the delay and your options to agree to a revised shipment time or cancel for a refund.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Please review that policy for eligibility, shipping costs, and return instructions.
